Materials That Meet a Higher Standard
We take a proactive approach to material safety and environmental responsibility. Every product we sell is 100% Asbestos-Free.
New friction developments meet Leaf Mark level "N" (aka Copper Free) requirements:
- Material contains less than 0.5% copper by weight
- Asbestiform fibers, less than 0.1% by weight
- Cadmium and its compounds, less than 0.01% by weight
- Chromium (VI)- Salt, less than 0.1% by weight
- Lead and its compounds, less than 0.1% by weight
- Mercury and its compounds, less than 0.1% by weight
