History

Bremskerl CV, LLC was founded in 2023 following a management buyout led by Michael Konrad, a third-generation friction industry professional with more than 15 years of experience. The buyout created a standalone business dedicated exclusively to the commercial vehicle market.

Though the company carries the Bremskerl name, it is independently owned and operated, this independence allows us to be more flexible, responsive, and directly aligned with the needs of the North American market.

Every Bremskerl CV product is backed by decades of proven technology, manufactured under ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality standards, and supported locally to deliver consistent, reliable braking performance for the toughest applications.
