Bremskerl CV, LLC is focused on developing the market’s finest problem-solving friction and braking products that help fleets maintain excellent safety records and improve maintenance operations.

The company’s foundation is built upon the rich heritage of the Bremskerl Group, which has been a significant player in North America since 2005 and globally since its inception in 1929, known for producing friction material with the highest level of quality, safety, and performance in mind.

In 2023 following the management buyout of the North American Commercial Vehicle business unit from the Bremskerl Group, Bremskerl CV was formed. While separate businesses, the companies continue to work together on product development and manufacturing. Bremskerl CV continues to supply the same high-quality products our customers have come to know while constantly working on improvements to deliver more value.

Bremskerl CV is led by Michael Konrad, who spent 14 years at the Bremskerl Group. While at the Bremskerl Group he was instrumental in developing the commercial vehicle product line. He is the third generation in his family to be involved in friction material development and manufacturing.
